Please pay the hotel directly. The pre-negotiated group rates for hotel accommodation are as mentioned below. The maximum occupancy per room is 5 people.

The final date to book the hotel reservations is September 30, 2024 to obtain these rates.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests arriving before 3:00 pm will be assigned rooms as they become available.

Accommodation & Transportation

It will be convenient for you fly into Long Island MacArthur Airport. The Radisson is located 25 minutes from the MacArthur Airport.

You can also fly into JFK & LGA.

Final Destination for Complimentary Transportation:
 

Complimentary transportation will be provided, but you will need to be at the pick-up area within the time frame. If you miss the shuttle, then you will be responsible for transportation.

Please note that if you require transportation to and from the hotel for the duration of the conference, your final arrival and departure destination should be  Long Island MacArthur Airport. Our complimentary transportation service will only be available for journeys between  Long Island MacArthur Airport and the hotel. Ensure that your travel plans are aligned with this requirement to avail of this facility.
